Dear ReformAMT Member:

Your help is essential in getting us to the next step in resolving the AMT/ISO disaster.

As you know, we have been working hard with the Coalition for Tax Fairness to produce a legislative solution that addresses everone's problems - whether you are saddled with AMT credits or AMT liabilities with penalties and interest, or whether you are facing bankruptcy or have a lien on your assets. We have amassed a great amount of support within Congress (including members from the House Ways and Means Committee, the Senate Finance Committee, and others), and we have met with the Joint Committee on Taxation to determine the revenue effects of our proposed legislation.

This is groundbreaking progress on the legislative solution. Your answers to the questions below will give the Joint Committee on Taxation information to help them with their revenue estimates. We will be providing other industry information as well, but the membership of ReformAMT provides a unique and comprehensive portrayal of the cause and effects of this problem.

Rest assured that your participation in this questionnaire is completely anonymous. No names or other identifying information is collected or transmitted.

Thank you for your time in helping us solve this catastrophe.
